Mon- 2 miles 20 min strength training
Tues- 2.75miles 10 min st
Wed-2 miles
Thurs- 2.5 miles 20min st
Fri- 20 min st

Week total-17.75 miles points+ 3.5 st + 7 F&V = 28.25
